How Justin approaches the work
Founded in 2016, AeroPoint brings experience across account access, employee devices, support, networks, and cloud systems. Justin connects the practical details with the decisions leaders need to make and the changes people need to use.
He also founded Elo AI Co., the separate product company developing Synthelo for organizational work and Cognielo for personal life. Building products and working with the systems behind them informs his consulting judgment, while each company keeps its own role and responsibilities.
