How we handle your information. Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers — we only receive what you choose to send us.

This Privacy Policy explains how AeroPoint Consulting, LLC ("AeroPoint", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website, aeropoint.consulting. It covers the public marketing site only; services delivered to clients are governed by the separate written agreements we sign with them.
The short version
- This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking scripts. It is a static site with no JavaScript, enforced by a strict Content-Security-Policy.
- We don't build profiles, run remarketing, or sell or rent your information — ever.
- The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us when you email or call.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The contact options on this site are direct
mailto: and tel: links. When you email or call, we receive your name, your
email address or phone number, and whatever details you choose to include about your organization and
your IT needs.
Technical logs. Like any website, requests are served by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). For security and reliability, the hosting provider may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and the page requested. We do not use this for marketing or profiling, and the site itself stores nothing on your device.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the assessment, support, or services you ask for.
- To communicate with you about an engagement you've started or asked about.
- To operate, secure, and maintain this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the business, and share information with them only as needed:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
- Microsoft 365 — our business email; this is where your email to us is received and stored.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and contact details for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide services you've engaged us for, and to meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations — then we delete or archive it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Colorado Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do neither), and to appeal a decision. To exercise any of these, email support@aeropoint.consulting and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires. We won't discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and organizations, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including a hardened, script-free website, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls on our email and systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
