These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at aeropoint.consulting (the "Site"), operated by AeroPoint Consulting, LLC ("AeroPoint", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is informational
The Site provides general information about AeroPoint and our services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation. Any engagement to provide IT or consulting services is created only by a separate written agreement (such as a managed-services agreement or statement of work) signed by both parties — those documents, not the Site, govern the services we deliver.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; scrape, harvest, or misuse contact information; or use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the AeroPoint name and marks — are owned by AeroPoint Consulting, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroPoint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site. The Site may reference or link to third-party services (for example, Microsoft 365). We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party sites, content, or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the courts located in Weld County, Colorado.
